Certification for conformity of copies to the original
Legislative and regulatory references :
- Law No. 103 of 1994 dated on the 1st August 1994 related to the regulation of signature legalization and certification with conformity of the copies to the original, and it was also revised and completed by Law No. 19 of 1999 dated on the 1st March 1999.
- Order No. 1969 of 1994 dated on September 26, 1994, fixing the tariff of the information extracted against signature legalization and certification with conformity of the copies to the original.
- Decision of the Minister of Interior dated December 16, 1995.
Conditions for having the service :
- The document submitted to certification that its copies matched the original is unethical and not disrupting for public order
- The document should be in Arabic or in a language generally used by the administration concerned with the service.
- Clearance of the required costs.
